I'd like to remind us to recall Rom 13:1-7
Let every soul be subjected to the governing authorities. For there is no Authourity except from God, and the authourity that exists appointed by God.
Therefore, whoever resist the authority, resist the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment upon themselves-.........(pls read further)
Religiously the name Allah has been claimed by our Muslim bretheren in Malaysia. 'LET IT BE'.
What really matters to us who are born again is the relationship that we have with God, THE GREAT I AM, THE I AM, rather than the name itself.
Jesus said in John 10:27
My Sheep will hear my voice and I will know them and they will follow me.
Therefore Let us be gracious, forgiving, tolerant and generous and LET GO and pray for the salvation of everyone in this nation.

what He says its true... i donno why Christians are so moved by the word Allah... hmmm Allah is juz a word... no matter what others call...God...Tuhan...Kadavul...or watever it may be... it is all about our relationship with God la... whether we really know who our GOD is... and who we r serving...as for me all this hoo haa is not a matter but the factor is abt our relationship with GOD...if u know ur GOD... then u dun have to be bothered abt this Allah matter! we dun have to fight on behalf of God... GOD Himself will fight onbehalf of us!
I agree fully. Jesus is the name above all other names isn't He..unless we are still waiting for another Saviour...Our God just shares none of His glory with no one.

I think it's about time that the church gives up the name 'Allah' and go back to His original name.
I don't think in the Hebrew/Greek Bible, He is addressed as 'Allah'. Let it be.

Yes, I totally agree with sis Carolyn that we should use the name that was given in the bible to address our God rather than call Him by another name which the hebrew bible never mentions at all!
